FAQ
Do you work with our existing marketing team or agency?
Yes. We work alongside your in-house team or agency, aligning production with your marketing calendar, campaign priorities and brand direction. Roles and approval stages are agreed in advance to keep the collaboration straightforward.
Can you follow our brand guidelines and approval process?
Absolutely. We review your brand guidelines, visual references and content requirements before developing the creative direction. We also agree on the approval process and review rounds, ensuring your team has clear opportunities to provide feedback.
How often would you travel to Mauritius?
Studio Joua is based on Réunion Island. Visits to Mauritius are planned around your content needs, seasonal priorities and operational calendar. We can discuss individual productions or a recurring schedule, with each visit prepared to capture several aspects of your property.
Are travel and accommodation included?
Your proposal clearly sets out the arrangements for travel, accommodation and local transport, including what is covered by our fee and what is to be provided by the hotel. These details are agreed before booking.
Do you offer preferential rates for hotel groups?
Preferential rates are available for multi-property partnerships. We consider the number of hotels, production scope and opportunities to coordinate travel and shooting schedules, while preserving a distinct creative approach for each property.
Do we need to provide ideas or a detailed brief?
You do not need to arrive with a finished concept. Your priorities, upcoming offers and knowledge of your guests give us the starting point. We then develop the ideas and shot list with your team, so the production has a clear purpose before filming begins.
Can you organise talent or work with our staff?
We can guide members of your team on camera, whether they are demonstrating their expertise or appearing in an interview. Where a concept requires models or other talent, casting requirements, availability, fees and usage permissions are discussed separately before confirmation.
Are publishing and social media management included?
The Signature Content Collection focuses on photography and video creation. Copywriting, scheduling, community management can be discussed as additional services.
When will we receive the content, and can we request changes?
Photographs are delivered within three days of the shoot, and videos within five days. Expedited delivery may be arranged on request, subject to availability. Please let us know about any specific deadlines when planning your production.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no long-term commitment. The partnership runs on a rolling monthly basis, with a minimum initial period of one month. You may end the partnership by giving one month’s notice.
